IRMCO 980-000 Tube bending gel is a clean non toxic high performance mandrel bending lubricant to replace traditional chlorinated tube bending oils.

Copied but never equalled, IRMCO is the original tube bending gel and still the best, one litre of IRMCO Gel is equal to 3.7 litres of thick traditional mandrel bending oil.

Available in 20 litre, 10 litre, 5 litre tubs. Applied manually or by autofeed through mandrel, no need to wash pipes after bending. Weld without any weld porosity or fume problems.

IRMCO 980-080-40 Tube bending fluid is an oilfree liquid metal forming lubricant ideal for bending aluminium tube or for use with aluminised tube and steel mandrels.

This high performance mandrel bending fluid is economical in use and will wash away with plain water.

Can be diluted with water for light bending and forming.

IRMCO GEL THE CLEAN NON OIL LUBRICANT FOR TUBE & PIPE BENDING.

IRMCO gel is applied in the end of the tube and when pushed over the mandrel a thin film is spread over the inside of the tube.

As tube bending generates heat the gel chemistry becomes thicker and more tenacious.

The gels HSP(High Solid Polymer) is in fact "heat seeking" and will attach to the tube and mandrel, creating a friction reducing tenacious film barrier, which allows the tube to stretch and form without splitting or metal pick up.

The gel will bend tubes such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminised steel, titanium and inconel, with rads down to 1D.

You can mig, tig and induction weld without the need to wash. IRMCO GEL  will not cause toxic fumes or porosity problems.

If you do need to clean, the gel washes off with water.
