The thin film required for tube bending means IRMCO GEL does not drip over the work area or the machine

Unlike traditional tube bending oils, IRMCO GEL® will weld without wash, does not produce toxic fumes and the product will not cause porosity problems with mig, tig and induction welding.

IRMCO GEL® can be applied manually in the end of the tube by brush, dispenser or automatically through a mandrel feed pump system. IRMCO® GEL is a stable product it will not leak from the mandrel when the tube bender is idle.
