OILFREE DRYCUT 2010 is a high performance cutting and machining lubricant for use in micro lubrication systems.

Drycut 2010 is a water based high solids ploymer liquid with heat activated components which adhere to and lubricate tool surfaces.

Unlike oil based micro lubricants which simply burn, the water content in Drycut 2010 evaporates taking heat away from the tooling and workpiece sufaces.Drycut is non toxic, increases tool life, will not stain metal surfaces and does not require cleaning prior to heat treatment.

Oilfree Drycut 2010 is the perfect replacement for vegetable oil or fatty alcohol based lubricants it is ideal for metals, plastics and composites.
