IRMCO 980-819 Cleaner and Rust Preventitive is a light duty, alkaline cleaner and rust inhibitor.The product is designed to remove a light film of mill oil and any risidual IRMCO FLUIDS from both tooling and stamped parts.It will leave a rust protective coating suitable for indoor storage and can be removed with plain water prior to painting or plating.IRMCO 980-819 is compatable with the complete line of IRMCO products and recomended for proper system preperation and die storage.IRMCO 980-819 can be used as an alternative to mill oil for oil free steel and blank transportation.IRMCO 980-819 is supplied as a concentrate and requires dilution with water prior to use, dilution rates vary depending on the application.
